Apple tahun ini kembali merilis seri iPhone terbaru mereka melalui iPhone 17 Series, tetapi ada informasi menarik lainnya yang dirumorkan debut di iPhone 18 Pro.
Rasanya memang masih lama sebelum iPhone 18 Pro rilis di pasaran, tetapi kini kita mendapatkan rumor terbaru mengenai sejumlah spesifikasi yang mereka kembangkan.
Tentu bukan Apple namanya jika tidak berinovasi, Apple bisa dikatakan sebagai perusahaan pertama yang merilis ponsel Full Display dengan Camera Island di bagian depannya, membentuk poni di iPhone X Series.
Akhirnya mereka kembali memaksimalkan Notch ini dengan bentuk yang lebih kecil di iPhone 15 Pro dan iPhone 16 Series.
Lantas apakah mereka akan terus menggunakannya? Nampaknya tidak demikian, rumornya khusus untukvarian iPhone 18 Pro sendiri akan meninggalkan desain ini.
Rumor ini menyebutkan bahwa mereka akan mengadopsi desain Under Display Camera yang memungkinkan tampilan layarnya bersih.
Di Android sendiri telah banyak ponsel yang menggunakan desain ini, sebut saja ada Nubia.
“Apple is allegedly testing under-display Face ID sensors for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, according to a new rumor out of China. These models would normally launch in September 2026, and one differentiating factor between them and the other two iPhone 18 models would be this under-display 3D face scanning tech, which would allow the duo to only have a single hole-punch for the selfie camera – no more notch.
Of course, the fact that Apple is testing the technology doesn’t mean it will be happy with the results of the testing, but this is still promising. Being able to move the Face ID scanning tech under the display would give these iPhones a much more seamless look on the front, just like their Android-powered counterparts have had for years – but in that case at the expense of not actually having 3D face scanning and relying solely on the camera for unlocking, which is a much less secure way of doing things.” Rumor yang dibagikan oleh GSMArena.
Apple melalui iPhone memang punya desain ekskusif yang memungkinkan penggunanya bisa mendapatkan kesan mewah.
