Samsung akhiirnya merilis Galaxy M44 untuk pasaran Korea Selatan. Seri ini dikabarkan akan menjadi seri Midrange di tahun 2023, dilihat dari segi desain yang mereka hadirkan memang masih memberikan kesan Galaxy S23 Series di bagian belakangnya, namun akan terlihat berbeda ketika dibagian depan.
Desain layarnya masih menggunakan desain kamera V-Shape, di mana memberikan kesan ponsel Midrange yang cukup terlihat berbeda dengan Flagship yang selama ini mereka rilis. Ponsel ini pertama kali diperkenalkan pada tahun 2020 dan berjalan dengan menggunakan prosesor Snapdragon 888 SoC, namun kabar terbaru mengatakan Samsung akan mengubah prosesornya.
“Over there it’s called Galaxy Jump 3, but it should be the same phone that we’ll (hopefully) soon see internationally as the M44 – the “M44” part of the SM-M446KZKAKTC model number gives it away as an M44 under another name.
The design is exactly what you’d expect from a Samsung mid-ranger in late 2023, with three camera circle-islands on the back and a circular LED flash to the right in between the topmost and the middle cameras. The screen has a V or U shaped notch (we still can’t tell the difference) and a significantly thicker bottom bezel than the rest.”
Rumor terbaru mengatakan bahwa mereka akan merilis Galaxy M44 di Korea Selatan akan dirilis dengan menggunakan prosesor Exynos buatan mereka sendiri, meskipun begitu banyak yang mengatakan bahwa Snapdragon 888 masih menjadi prosesor yang gahar di kelasnya, Midrange.
“Those who aren’t fans of the Exynos 1xxx line will definitely breathe a sigh of relief, as even if the 888 is three years old, it was the highest-end chip of its time in the Android world, so performance should be more than you’d normally expect from an M4x device.
The Galaxy M44 launched in South Korea pairs that chip with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, a 6.58″ 1080×2408 PLS LCD screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, a 50 MP main rear camera flanked by two 2 MP sensors, a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery. It measures 167.7 x 78 x 9.1 mm and weighs 216g.”
