Microsoft Office 2016 is the first version of the suite which is finally armed with collaboration features that can compete with Google Docs. These features are not beneficial in the slightest for individuals who have never been and never will involve in any collaborative project, but very helpful for those who do. If you use the previous version, you may find that the changes in Microsoft Office 2016 are not that obvious. Both of them look just the same. Instead of bringing in radical changes, the suite offers a refined experience, especially on how you work with others.
